In Their World

For this first Ascher series, Theodora Warre opens the doors of her beautiful Notting Hill townhouse. Theodora, a jewellery designer and founder of Maison T, a luxurious kids’ bedding brand, invites us into her creative world, one that bridges uniqueness and style. Her stunning home reflects a refined sense of beauty, found in quiet details and everyday rituals.
We also share her tips, favourite London addresses, and an exclusive edit of her most-loved ASCHER pieces.

How would you describe your signature style?
I’d say my taste is quite classic, both in my home and my wardrobe. I like to choose pieces that feel timeless, things I can imagine loving just as much twenty years from now.
What’s the one detail that always shows up on your table setting?
A pair of candlesticks or a few tealights always create a beautiful, inviting atmosphere.
Which corner of your home feels most you, and why?
A bergère chair by the window in my bedroom. I adore anything French, and that little spot feels calm, elegant and very me.
What is your go-to hostess gift, and what’s the most memorable gift you’ve received as a host?
Flowers, you can never go wrong with them. I once received a bouquet so large it had to be delivered by wheelbarrow, which was wonderfully memorable.
Who is your florist of choice when your garden is out of season?
The Chelsea Flower stand on the Fulham Road, not local to me but their bouquets are always the prettiest.

What is your signature dish or drink when entertaining guests at home?
It’s very rare a guest will decline a glass of champagne.
Where do you like to celebrate special occasions if not at home ?
Oswald’s in Mayfair is always a treat
What object in your home carries a story you’ll never stop telling?
In our entrance hall sits an enormous amethyst crystal that my husband and I carried back from Brazil in our hand luggage. It was a memorable journey, and it always makes me smile.
London is full of inspiring spaces. Which interior has your heart?
I love the Wallace Collection, the rooms there fill me with joy and wonder.
