EXPLORE the “OUTLINE OF CRAFTS” to discover Three exquisite types of Crafts, Colombia WEAVING, Japanese PORCELAIN, Murano HANDBLOWN glass, crafted with PRECISION & care from HIGH QUALITY materials.

Colombia WEAVING
Ascher trays are woven by hand in Iraca palm. The craftsmanship associated with Iraca palm weaving holds cultural significance for indigenous communities in Colombia, serving as a way to preserve traditional knowledge and techniques.
The use of natural matrials reflets a deep connection to the environment and a sustainable approach to craftsmanship that is in harmony with nature.

Murano HANDBLOWN glass
In collaboration with skilled artisans, our vases are hand-blown on the inconic island of Murano, Venice. Glass manufacturing, a closely guarded secret for centuries on Murano, requires a long apprenticeship, and is out of sync with the fast pace of our modern world. Consequently, the number of independent glass blowers on Murano has been declining for years.
Ascher Paris aims to support their vision of preserving this important industry.
Japanese PORCELAIN
Japanese porcelain, renowned for its elegance and refinement, is crafted using age-old techniques passed down through generations. The meticulous process involves shaping fine clay into delicate forms, which are then glazed and fired to perfection. This artistry is deeply rooted in Japanese culture, reflecting a rich heritage that values precision and beauty in everyday objects.
