All of our glassware and homeware objects are carefully packaged by hand to ensure safe delivery. Due to the delicate and artisanal nature of our pieces, we take extra care to protect each item in transit. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please allow for slightly longer lead times during high-demand periods, as we prepare each shipment with the utmost attention and care.
Returns
Because our pieces are handmade and often one of a kind, we kindly ask you to consider your selection carefully before purchasing.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the fragile nature of our products, all returns must be packaged with the same care they were received. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items that arrive broken due to improper packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
