Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the ASCHER website. By confirming your order, you agree to be bound by the following terms without exception.

2. Products

Our pieces are handmade in small batches or limited editions. Due to the artisanal nature of our production, slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur between items. These characteristics are part of each product’s uniqueness and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in euros or Pounds, including VAT, and exclude shipping costs. ASCHER reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

Once your order has been confirmed and payment validated, you will receive a confirmation email. ASCHER reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for legitimate reasons, including previous disputes or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

We offer domestic and international delivery, including via DHL for global shipping.
Each order is carefully hand-packed to ensure the safe transport of our fragile objects. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the fragile nature of our items, we kindly ask that you repack your return with the same level of care as it was received. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging.

7. Payment

Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers (e.g., credit card, Stripe). Your payment information is never stored.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, images, illustrations, logo, and product designs) is the exclusive property of ASCHER and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

9. Personal Data

Customer data is collected solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal information at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, we will always seek an amicable resolution first. If needed, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
